You order is tracked after shipping is initiated. You will receive an email containing your tracking number and status. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email and your order date is past 5 business days, please let us know by emailing logistics@agcomx.com. We will be happy to review your order and provide details.
Our business model is geared towards preventing the need for returns/exchange. Our products are generally subject to third party inspection and/or certification. You must agree on whom inspects your products or the type of certificate you require prior to shipping. Additionally, dependent of quantity you purchase, you can choose to pay via Letter of Credit or similar bank instruments where your bank will make sure all certificates and provided prior to payment. We try to eliminate need for returns and exchanges, some of our suppliers do approved returns/exchanges as long as they meet certain criteria, it should be no problem at all to return or exchange them.
**PERISHABLE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE**
Please note that our Return/Exchange policy is different from any supplier we open this platform to. Here’s what you should know:

Procedure for returnable products:
• Returns must be in brand new condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the order delivery date.
• Orders shipped to international addresses must contact customer service (info@agcomx.com) in order to obtain a return label.
• A re-stocking fee maybe deducted from your refund to cover associated costs (see refund policy in product details).
If you are unsure if your desired product qualify for a refund/exchange please review refund policy in product description on our website, first. We also try to have as many pictures of each product as possible to give you a better idea of what they look like. You may also contact our customer service (info@agcomx.com) if you are unsure of the product terms.
We stand by the quality of products as described on this platform. All suppliers must provide products that are warranted against manufacturing/production defects upon receipt. While perishables are not covered by the warranty, you get to select a certifying agency prior to shipment. If you have any issues, please fill out our warranty form and our customer service team will respond to your request as soon as possible.
We do not currently offer physical site visits; however we are extremely thankful for your interest in our company. Many of our products are stored in accredited warehouse under direct supervision and inspection of reputable international product inspectors that can provide inspection certificates. From time to time we develop and release online videos featuring notable aspects of our suppliers production process.
